Hundreds of Western New York schoolchildren obtained free dental screenings and education in advance this month through the Colgate Bright Smiles, Bright Futures application, which strives to convey dental care to underserved rural and urban groups.
With the help of nine students and workforce contributors from the UB School of Dental Medicine, this system screened greater than 800 primary students from six faculties in Niagara County.
